Our Approach to Disposal ↗

Condition Comes First.

A clean, usable item may have a second life. Donation and reuse options depend on condition, demand and the receiving organization’s current acceptance rules. We cannot guarantee that any particular item will be donated.

The Right Route for Each Material.

Recycling options vary by item. Tell us about electronics, appliances, mattresses and construction materials so we can discuss handling and facility requirements before pickup.

We do not promise a diversion percentage or claim partnerships that have not been established. Our focus is to consider appropriate reuse and disposal options for the agreed load.

Items We Cannot Take

Do not include hazardous chemicals, explosives, medical waste, asbestos or other regulated materials. Call before booking if you are unsure about an item.

Some materials require specialist handling. See MassDEP household hazardous product guidance and MassDEP asbestos guidance.

No. Donation depends on the item’s condition, current demand and the receiving organization’s acceptance rules. Send clear photos and describe any damage so we can discuss suitable reuse, recycling or disposal options before pickup.

Empty drawers and storage compartments, set aside personal belongings and clearly identify what should go. Keep loose items together and tell us about damage, missing parts or access restrictions. You do not need to carry heavy items outside for us.

Recycling options and acceptance requirements vary by item and facility. Include the item type, condition and photos in your quote request so we can discuss acceptance, handling and any related costs before scheduling.

The quote considers volume, material, weight, access, labor and disposal requirements. An item being suitable for donation does not make its collection free. We confirm the scope and price before work begins, including any special handling identified during the assessment.
