A website submission requests a quote. It does not confirm a pickup, guarantee availability or create a payment obligation. The team reviews the request and discusses the proposed service with you.

Scope and Pricing

Pricing depends on the agreed items, volume, material, weight, access, labor and disposal requirements. The team confirms the quote before work begins. Changes to the scope must be discussed before additional removal.

Scheduling

Service is offered on Monday to Saturday by confirmed appointment. Same-day or next-day availability depends on capacity and the job. Call the business to discuss changes to a confirmed appointment.

Authority and Access

Only request removal of items you own or have permission to dispose of. Identify what should stay and provide accurate access information. Connected appliances must be safely disconnected before collection.

Restricted Materials

Do not include hazardous chemicals, explosives, medical waste, asbestos or other regulated materials. Acceptance of unusual items and specialist handling must be discussed before scheduling.
